Shipping Policy
Delivery Timelines
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically see 2-4 day delivery, while remote pin codes may take up to 9 business days. You'll receive tracking details by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999.00 ship free. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat ₹49.00 shipping fee, calculated automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it anytime from My Orders in your account dashboard. Live carrier tracking (via Shiprocket) is rolling out soon — until then, tracking numbers are listed on your order detail page.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India to most pin codes, including Cash on Delivery in eligible areas. If a pin code is not serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout.
