Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging with all tags intact. Some categories (innerwear, perishables, personal care) are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Go to My Orders, open the order, and use the return option (coming online soon — for now, please contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a pickup).
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or instantly to your MGoury Enterprises Wallet if you choose that option.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll prioritize a replacement or refund.
